With two boy cakes to make a year and one girl cake, (or if we include me and my hubby we are still three to two) I have decided the Easter Bunny is definitely a girl. 🙂
To make this cake I used the Pastel Layer Cake recipe from Sprinkle Bakes and then covered the cake in two layers of buttercream. I then used the Sprinkle Bakes Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe for the top flowers. Fondant for the eyes and ears.
It was a lot of fun to make!
